Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for opened perfumes
Please note that the right of withdrawal expires for goods that are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene as soon as their seal is removed after delivery or the goods have already been opened (§ 312g para. 2 no. 3 of the German Civil Code).
This includes, in particular, opened perfumes and cosmetic products. Therefore, a return is only possible if the product is in its original packaging and unused.
